A short form asks about your business — what you do, who it's for, which pages you need, and any sites or styles you like the look of. About ten minutes. No discovery call to schedule, no meeting to sit through.

Your answers go straight to Claude, the AI that does the actual building — structuring the pages, writing the copy, and producing the code together in one pass. What an agency spends a week hand-coding, it does in minutes.

Preview

The draft goes straight to you — no waiting on me to look at it first. Try it inside the site, request changes if anything's off, and iterate until it's actually what you want.

Build & launch

Happy with it? Approve and pay the deposit — that's when I take over and build the real, finished site myself, checked line by line. Pay the balance once it's ready, and it's live.

Build Your Mould is started and run by Kai Fabry, based in Johannesburg. This is a first venture, built hands-on rather than from a formal agency background — which means you talk directly to the person doing the work, every time, not an account manager relaying it to someone else.

That also means being upfront about what this is: a lean, honest studio, not a large team with a big-agency price tag. What you get instead is direct access, real turnaround speed, and pricing that reflects an operation this size — not one padded to look bigger than it is.
